is it possible clonazepam is making derealization worse?

These drugs can cause anything.  So who knows?  You might just need more time for it work, but yes, these drugs are rife with side effects, and they're different for everyone.

I feel spacey and can't take a full deep breath.  I was just switched to Zoloft last week because my panic attacks came back after many years.  I am up to 50 mg starting today, Klonopin and Valium.  I have to go to work soon which is a chore these days.  I don't want to have a full blown panic attack at work and make an idiot of myself.  PS I am 58 and have had panic attacks on and off for 40 years.

I feel so spacey. I'll do something and they think "did i really do that?" A little bit lightheaded. I'm taking it with 25mg of zoloft for about two weeks now. Thinking is a little foggy, i'm still on edge but functional. the symptoms are very persistent though.

What are your symptoms.  I took Klonopin for many years and they helped me with my panic attacks.  Took them with anti-depressant Prozac.
