neuro diagnosed me with essential tremor.....the anxiety was brought out by the fact that I didn't kno what was going on with my body!

Hi again, I'm sorry to hear you're still dealing with this.  The appointment with the neuro is a good step.  Please be sure to let us know what the doc recommended.  Write down anything pertinent (info, questions, concerns) before your appointment so you don't forget to mention anything that day.

Fingers crossed for you that you get some answers!

I had these shakes before I started the meds.... That's why my dr assumed  it was anxiety and put me on the celexa and klonopin

Okay....to me that is a side effect of the medication.  I had the same thing when I upped my dosage of Wellbutrin.  I felt very jittery especially in the morning and less so in the evening.  These medications have to build up in your system to therapeutic dosages and usually that takes about 4 to 6 weeks.  For me once I hit the 4 week mark all that jitteryness went away.  So don't throw in the towel yet.  You have just a little way to go and I'm sure the jitters will go away and you will start to feel better.  I kept myself busy in the mornings...sometimes with manual labor to keep my mind off of the jitteryness.

Are you physically shaking or are you feeling jittery?
