do these meds work for, anxiety, nerve feeling in chest. arms, any one know.
put on lexapro. today.. hopefully it helps ..i heard a lot of good things about ot from friends on it, need it to calm me down. my nerves down.
Lexapro is an SSRI that is also used to treat anxiety. I am big proponent of medications like these as long as they are combined with talk therapy. While there is no pill that will 'cure' you of anxiety, it is a VERY useful tool to use as you learn about the anxiety/panic cycle with a therapist...keep us posted!!
