arm aches

any one ever get arm aches from anxiety? Im wondering if this  is from my anxiety or it just aches for no reason....

Hello to everyone here.  I have been on Xanax for over 5 yrs...depression as well. I just came from the drs office yesterday and was put back on Paxil cr and a BP med...had a bad anxiey attack after work and my arms hurt.......I was able to get though this but yes I blame anxiety. Hope youre okay. PM me If you feel a need.

i realized with my arm aches it was because i was so tense and did'nt even realize it i swear anxiety can cause all kinds of problems and half the time you are un-aware that you are doing it to yourself for example my jaws would always hurt, well as time went on i started realizing i was always clinching my teeth together but for years i did'nt even realize i was doing it.all i can say is everytime something comes up that may have you worried or scared and you've had the proper test done to rule out everything else blame it on anxiety but also try to reminde yourself not to be so tense or maybe to massage your arms a little so they can relax you just might be surprised to see the pain go away. good luck to you keep in touch
