differences in doses

Have any of you noticed a difference between 10 mg and 20 mg of Celexa.  I took Celexa in the past and was on 20 mg.  This time I'm only taking 10 mg and I still have mild anxiety/depression.

Hard to say, since it hasn't worked much for me.  I did notice the side effects changed.  They took me up to 30mg, now I'm tapering down.  On the way down, don't notice a huge difference, but then, it didn't work that well.  For me, when a med has worked, it feels much different than when it doesn't, including the amount of side effects.  You can try 15mg -- you don't need to go all the way to 20mg at once.  My psychiatrist took me up 5mg at a time until we got to 20.
