If this is due to mental health issue, yes. It wouldn't hurt to see one, they specialize in anxiety and everything else related to mental health. What kind of meds are taking? Did you feel the weird feeling before taking the meds? Are you scared?, or just feel really out of it? Try to write down specifics on paper when you have this feeling, and try to explain it as well as you can. Even if you can't pinpoint whats its like, the more you write stuff down might help you identify what your feeling ,and it will help the psychiatrist know what your symptoms are. Therapy can also be really helpful for anxiety. Also let all of your doctors know your symptoms, so they can address physical and mental symptoms.
I'm on anxiety medicine and it seems to help but when I get up and leave my house and go do something I get that wierd feeling back and I just want to go back to the house and go to sleep but when I'm just sitting ay the house I usally feel fine. I don't know I wish this would have never happened but a question for you. Will going to a phycharist help?
I'm glad your getting tested. Yeah not feeling good, and having uncomfortable symptoms suck. But i'm sure you'll figure it out , and get better. When the physical is ruled out, go see the psychiatrist for help with anxiety if thats the problem. Just stay positive. Also if you want to ask me questions about anxiety and just talk about it, private message me. Take care
Thanks for the concern. I've been refered to a phychiarist but haven't gone yet. The cardioligists said nothing was wrong and they have did multiple ehcos, ekg, and blood work and yeah my.doc said that anxiety could be the cause of my blood pressure but I got to have more tests done in a couple days cause now I'm loosing weight. I don't know this is not Funn at all
I'm sorry to hear you going through this. This could very well be anxiety, but you need to rule out physical first. You should see a Psychiatrist to give a diagnosis of anxiety. The fact that you have high blood pressure and up and down heart rates, what are the cardiologists saying? Do they think its due to anxiety. What kind of tests have had done?
