My doctor is telling me that I have anxiety, and ok I get that, but the dizziness I am experiencing is almost debilitating. I cannot hardly walk and forget walking in an open space!! I feel like I need to always hold onto something to balance myself. Open spaces like I said are the worst and I feel like I have to hurry to find anything to hang onto!! Has anyone else ever experienced this? I will say I don't have it as bad (but still there) when I am at home, but work is awful and I haven't been able to go to school because of it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
