electric sparks in head

a year ago i was totally normal ,  smoked hashish then i felt electric sparks like sensation for a moment and then very high and panic attacks i felt just once these elctric sparks/shocks sensations in my life...and now facing with severe anxiety ,panic disorder and depression...and i used a lot of medications but useless anyone else??? and what's the treatment???

It's not your vitamin levels, it's your reaction to the bad experience.  This happens often to people, as being high often brings things out of us.  This forum is full of people for years who get their first anxiety sensations while high.  The problem is when you don't let go of it, realize getting high isn't going to do it for you anymore, and move on, you can develop the expectation of getting another panic situation.  The first thing to do in this situation is see a psychologist who specializes in anxiety treatment to help you get a handle on this kind of thinking.  It's the way you're thinking, not the experience, that is still affecting you.  Good luck.

I don't know what affect that can have on the body. I'm sure it messes with vitamin/ mineral Balance in your body.
