Hello,
You've likely had some further bouts with this issue since the last posting, unless of course you doctor's appointment went well, at which point I must say congratulations! If not, leave a message, I have had some experience in both managing and help others to manage this issue, and I would love to give you some advice if needed.

Hi hello89,
my heart goes out to you, im a twenty year old who used to have similar problem to yourself, the anxiety was based around different thoughts but the side effects were the same, id wake up at all hours of the night and feel ill and get up in the morning and vomit, and i couldnt get rid of the thoughts. Are you still in school? could you see a councillor? I used to faint alot so my worries were 'will it happen today' so i know my case is different to yours but your not a bad person or anything, dont worry. My councillor did some relaxation techniques that really helped me out, clears your mind and even just to have a chat with a friendly stranger did the world of good, they wont judge you they're just there to listen and help, i'd strongly advice talking to someone about this. Another technique is to wear an elastic band around your wrist, and every time you start thinking these thoughts, snap it hard against your wrist (so it really hurts) this takes your mind off it. Sounds stone age but i swear that helped me loads! its like a rush back to reality.
And also, if your at all like me your probably in a rut and think you will be like this forever. I never thought i'd be normal again. If your thinking that i'd like to assure you that you'll be fine! Its tough when your going through it and it may take a while but you will come out the other end (a stronger and more understanding person i think) and youl be fine. I wish i could talk to the me back then so i'm telling you instead, dont get too depressed about it, its a phase and you will come through it.
All the best
xx
Are you taking any drugs? Side effects can mess up you mind. My daughter had night terrors from Tryamedic cough medicine. thank god the ENT doctor figured out what was wrong. So, check everything you are taking, especially over the counter stuff - it maybe effecting you. Pain killers like percocet can cause bad thoughts and fear and anxiety. If you are using you maybe super sensitive to them.
Keep me posted as to your progress.
