Thank you I signed up for some yoga classes hopefully it will work
Shinystare230 had a good tip. Good deep breathing is a great relaxation technique. If you've ever taken yoga, do your yoga breathing. And yoga is GREAT for relaxation! If you haven't taken yoga, I always call it "Darth Vader" breathing - in, slow & deep, into your belly through your nose....out, slow and steady, through your mouth.
Drinking plenty of fluids, reducing caffeine/sugar, and getting enough exercise and sleep will also help good endorphins in and bad chemical levels down.
Hang in there!
I have been feeling like that as well and I can barely sleep, top 3hrs at night. I am trying to work out hopefully it will help.
Yes I've already been threr .The doc. told me to try to be stress free. So when I feel this way I turn everything off count to ten slow lt as I count relax everything beging with the face mainly think on a place whre you may want to be at.(the beach a peaceful park where ever you may want to be)If anything comes to your mind throw it out just relax. In and out do repeatly if your doing this correct you may fall asleep, which is good.If you want put on some soft music like soft jazz, classic,or just plain ocean.trust me when you get up you will feel brain new!
