fuzziness in front of head from anxiety? what is this?

So lately i have been having this wierd feeling in the front of my head that i can't even explain to my drs. I get this odd feeling in my head as if it feels spongy and airy. There is no pain associated with the feeling so im really freaked out about it. When the feeling comes on i obsess about the sensation sooo bad that it makes my anxiety flair up. I link this to my anxiety cause its the only time it bothers me.  Can anyone tell me if they feel this type of feeling or what it is?

Easy to say you'll be better tomorow... I have persistent symptoms 24/7 ( neck spasms, forehead pressure, bridge of the nose pressure, back of the head tension and pressure and scalp numbness ) for 5 months... The onset was gradual as it seems to be worse from day to day... I'm alwayss checkin out on my symptoms and they can't go away even if i sleep 12 hours i will stil be in pain when i wake up in pain... I don't know yet if it's anxiety or something else as i only have done a ct scan and x-rays and bloodwork... Anyway i think i might be suffering from a depression from the persistent pain now... which doesn't help... I'd would deffinitly tell it's anxiety if it wasnt 24/7.. i mean the pressure in the forehead i can always feel it no matter what i do its there and it's something you can't ignore... Anyway i don't think im ready yet to tell it's all anxiety related not untill i have done my MRI or all tests on earth.

If you have anxiety problems you have nothing to worry about. Anxiety is a normal human emotion that we all feel. Its part of life. Just relax, take a deep breath and drink some chamomille tea and get some sleep, you'll feel better in the morning. You dont have a disease, so you have nothing to worry about. Go get some excersize, relax, do some yoga and keep busy.
