Anxiety is so hard. I am so sorry you are going through such a hard time right now.
I would suggest you see a psychatrist. They can teach you coping skill and help figure out a treatment plan for you.
Have you been to your dr for a physical and full bloodwork recently? I think it would be a good idea if you haven't. Sometimes if your levels are low (ex: B12) that can sometimes cause anxiety. Magnesium definecy can also cause anxiety.
Keeping a journal might help you as well.
Please keep us posted on your progress. I hope you feel better soon.
There are many options you can try.
I agree with jul04 that you may want to think about seeing a psychatrist as well as geeting bloodwork done. Also, have you spoken to your doctor about your symptoms?
Some other options you could explore are cognitive bahaviour therapy, naturopahic medicine, homeopathic medicine, acupuncture, etc.
Hope you find something that works for you.
I wish I could give a glimmer of hope. I have almost all the symptoms. I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. I have had it since I was 19. I have been on many different meds, psycho therapy ect, I am now 33 and still have the anxiety. The only thing that works is getting drunk and poof the anxiety magically goes away. I traded one problem for for another. I know being a drunkard is terrible but omg its so much better then feeling like im dying every day. 14 years of anxiety has really beat me up. I am told I act like an old grumpy man. Well what can I say...I am just tired.
