hand and leg numbness

last year my tongue started feeling rather numb or like my tongue needed brushing. there was a decrease in taste of food, and a slight bad taste/buzz of the tongue.
in the last few months, a heavy meal resulted in hand and leg numbness
last week the numbness persisted. my feet feel slightly weak with a slight loss of balance. an MRI of neck and upper back showed nothing. I was told I had the vertebrae of a much younger man.
I am a 45 year old caucasian male whose only health issue is a melanoma, which was removed 8 years ago.

lbsooner,

Have you tried testing yourself for allergy? you may be allergic to some basic food component like wheat or starch or one of the preservatives. once you eat, your allergy symptoms start & then you panic from your allergy symptoms & obviously the whole cycle start.

I think you should get yourself tested for allergy, I too have very high allergy level that no one seems to know what exactly is triggering it but in general once I get my allergy symptoms, nose starts to run & then nausea starts & then heart palp. & then I panic but lucky me it only happens in mornings.

May be that will help.

cheers,
