I have been in this nasty battle of anxiety for a little over a year now. I am more than definete it was triggered by the death of my died who died from a blunt force trauma to the head. Just as he did, I instantly feel I'm going to die within a blink of an eye at any state within any second. Ive even gotten to where I wake up and think to myself in utter shock "Im still alive. Due to uneasy financial reasons I am not able to seek help within medicines and health professions recently. that may further assist within overcoming this seemingly disaster I entitle to be anxiety. Although, I did get an EKG test done not to long ago, and everything turned out fine. I am ever grateful for all of you that make up this site and pray we can continue to be support one another.
I've been expierencing the same symptoms when this whole explossion happened since day one. But guys, this is a new one for me which is consisting of the stomach. It is constintly gurgurling regardless if it is filled up or when it's empty.. Along side with that! is always feels as if there is a "pinch" in my stomach, when I push on it doesnt hurt. Its just a continuous nagging. With all the other symptoms it is hard to convince myself within the truth that everything is ok and easier to give in to the disturbingly cahos in my stomach, Ive just never expierenced this before and yes, my mind is racing. Even thoughts as though my stomach is going to burst right now. Its very devistating and a horrible feeling! has anyone been felt this before? Can anyone at all give advice in any aspect that may calm and get rid of the gurggling, the pinching?! Please, and I am greatly thankful.
It sounds like you've been through some tough times. I am sorry for the loss of your father. My anxiety is all focused in my stomach. Every bit. Sure, I get dizzy and tremble and sweat and feel like I'm choking too, but those I don't feak out so much about. I get the pinching sensation too. I also get the gurgling, nausea, cramps, burning, you name it. Once you've had some tests done, and you can rule out physical symptoms, then you can definitely say it's from your anxiety and go from there. Just like Alison said. But do get tested for any physical ailments that could be causing this first. Hang in there! Let us know how you are! Jen
