help :(

:( I have been stressed on a daily basis like from the moment i wake to the moment i sleep..with a few moments of normality inbetween! I stress when revising for exams..i dont know my anxiety has got AWFUL lately worse then ever! I have nobody i can talk to ..they have no idea about this and everyone assumes im perfectly happy and stuff :( iive just had enough of thiss anxiety/panic attack stuff. It just hasnt been getting better lately im becoming so depressed! going to college is becoming really hard aswell. Wish i could snap out of it. Im fine until some sort of physical symptom triggers of panic..i hate this :( :(

this is a crappy disorder that is for sure. I am getting success with mindfulness techniques, i like ekhart tolle and jon kabitt zinn, maybe find some books at the library or listen on utube. College is a stressful time without panic so with it must be tough for you. I had it too in college but made it thru!! Good luck on your journey and this forum is great for support.
