tylenol and anti depressants

so I have been having bad side effect from wellbutrin, nauseated, slight headache, slight pain in the back of my eyes (probably due to the headache) sweats, I did stop taking it as I was only on it for a week and 3 days.... I am now using celexa. What I am wondering is if it is possible to take tylenol with codeine to take away the headache, without having a overdose or something crazy to that effect???

noted, I didn't take tylenol for my headache I kinda suffered through it as it was a mild headache, I normally don't take ANY type of med (Tylenol, Advil ext.) for headaches unless it is really bad, today was more of annoying feeling in my temple's and behind my eyes nothing major, it has gone away since I did eat something finally...
Thanks for the info <3

There is a problem with NSAIDs and ssris, which is usually not a problem but they can cause a bleeding and bruising problem.  My question is, why would you need codeine for just a headache?  Anyhoo, I don't think it's a problem as long as you don't use NSAIDS if you do develop the bruising or the bleeding problem.  The warning is on the info that comes with the medication.  The problem isn't overdosing.  Also, all medications are liver toxic, and Tylenol is particularly so, so be careful whenever mixing acetaminophen with other medications if you take it often.  There's a warning to this effect on the Tylenol label.

It's always best to give your Dr or pharmacist a call to make sure you can safely mix these two meds.
