Please don't let this symptom scare u or embarass you...this is a very very common symptom for me, dealing with my anxiety disorder and guess what? It happens after walking for me as well...that's so funny! Anxiety symptoms are very clear cut, yet there's no cure for this in sight! Don't even get yourself worked up, thinking that this can mean brain tumour...I'm about 99% sure it's not...but if it bother's you that much, check it out with your doc...however, I know the feeling and for me, this is all anxiety related.

P.s. It's also normal to think the way your thinking when you're struggling with this disorder, I too have a hard time staying positive and have developed health anxiety...yet my Dr. says I'm healthier than he is....lol lol

Take care, it gets better! :)

Yes, anxiety can cause so many symptoms.  It is sometimes hard to trust the doctor because of the 'what if?' thinking.  Have you had anxiety issues in the past?  Do you go to talk therapy?  How long has this been going on?  Keep us posted!
