I am SO sorry that you have been going through this pain/pressure in your head, and the other anxiety that you have been battling. I have been battling anxiety since 8th grade (I am now 21), so it's been awhile. I completely understand how frustrating all of this is. I have gotten random symptoms such as head pains/pressure where I think I have a tumor (and then because of the anxiety you start to worry that it is something way worse, and start to google things haha), I get stomach pains a lot, and other random symptoms that could be taken as horrible problems, but really are just due to anxiety. Honestly, the things that have truly helped me the most are:
*Exercise-for about 30 minutes every day to every other day. I usually run, it really helps to raise your seratonin level, which will make you happier, which in turn lowers your anxiety.
*Vitamins- I take a Vitamin B complex, a Multi Vitamin, a D Vitamin, and Fish Oil. All of these supplements really help a lot with anxiety. Make sure to not drink caffeine with them or else they will be much less effective.
*Lastly, medical marijuana. Not sure your take on that, but it really helps with anxiety, and is completely natural. I am not talking about smoking all of the time. You can get or make it in forms of food, just to help calm you down, like any other drug you could take (except there are no negative side effects to this). It also will probably completely make the head pressure/pain go away.
Good luck!! I hope you feel much better soon!!!

Trust the results of your CT scans and MRI. I know these feelings are disturbing, and anytime you have something going on with your head that involves pain, dizzyness, vision impairment or balance issues it can trigger anxiety. Calm down and have faith in your doctors. Believe me, they would not overlook something that serious. That's why they conduct those tests in the first place, to be on the safe side and to avoid lawsuits.
I use to have the same problem and sinus infections will do that. You said you got cat scans. Well they would've shown a tumor or aneurysm.
