One symptom at a time

After the initial appearance of the anxiety 11 months ago, when i was the worst, my symptoms seemed to change daily or weekly. My two main symptoms for the past few months have been either achey legs/feet or a woozy/ lightheadedness, but i only seem to get either one or the other, not both at the same time. Yesterday my legs were aching like mad, but today they're ache -free.

Today has been different as i've had a mild sort of indegestion feeling all day, but no pain in the legs and no head feelings.

I should'nt complain really after i've seen some of the symptoms on this forum some people have to put up with, but i was wondering if anyone else had this "One symptom at a time" thing?

Have you ever heard of restless leg syndrome?  You should look it up.  Maybe that is what you have.  I have had it since I was a kid and it comes and go, it usually is at night.

i get the aches in my left arm. Go figure, not my right, just my left. Talk about what ifs!!! I keep thinking I'm having a heart attack. The doc told me to eat a banana a day because panic attacks mess with our electrolites and low potassium and magnesium can cause heart palpitations and muscle cramps. I don't know if it helps my cramps, but I havn't had any heart stuff since.

Not sure if circulation problems give you aches, I think its something else, thats why i'm going back for a 3rd time to my dr's office.  I want an MRI done because I dont beleive its a circulation problem, I know its something else, I have stressed over this, lost sleep, if I get up in the middle of the night i'm thinking about it, its horrible, and that panic attack scared me more than ever.  I sit here and think what if its RLS, MS, blood clots, arthiritis, or some type of disease, it scares the hell out of me, than I start googling everything and scare myself even more, if it were up to me I would have diagnosed myself with every disease or disorder out there, its terrible, I hate being this way but I cant help it.

I don't think bad circulation would give you pains, would it? Also, it would'nt come and go if it was a circulation problem would it?  My legs were quite bad yesterday, but ok today.  Sometimes the whole of my legs will ache and sometimes just the bottom half.  They have never gone numb though.

Now i have the lump in the throat symptom, which i hav'nt had for a long time and it will probably be something different tomorrow.  It's as if my mind is spinning a roulette wheel to see what symptom i will get for the next day.

I can't beleive this, I believe that I have been suffering from some type of anxiety since this past summer, also have had a few panic attacks, I can't believe by reading your post, I have been having the same problems with my legs, one day achey, one day fine, another heavy like feeling, I have been to the doctors twice over this and was told it could be circulation problems, my aches and pains are from the knee's down, I have lost sleep over this, have been feeling this with my legs the past 2 months, am going to go back and ask for an MRI, last weekend I experienced a panic attack because my legs were aching and I kept thinking what if its this or what if that, just thinking the worst where I had a full blown panic attack that lasted about 30 minutes, I wonder if that could be a symptom of anxiety, my dr wants to try hypnosis on me but i'm  a little skeptical, I delt with alot this past summer, but I do get that foggy head feeling all he time and it scares me cause than here I am thinking the "WHAT IF'S"  I cause so much stress on myself but every time I feel a symptom in my body I start thinking the worst, Its weird but I will not relax till I know exactly why my legs are feeling this way. So hopefully when I go back to my dr the 3rd time I can convince her to give me an MRI, I need peace of mind, But yeah, I have experienced this one symptom at a time thing.
