Funny, but I use to have a friend who called me "Krusty." We aren't friends anymore, sadly.
To answer your question as succinctly as possible, it's my humble opinion that what might help you would be some therapy. There are medications out there for folks with OCD and it's possible they may help you with some of your nervous habits, but since I'm not a doctor, that is strictly a guess.......and I am NOT saying you have OCD. You have stated that you've been fighting these issues since you were 3 years old!? I'd say it's time you got the upper hand, girlfriend, unless you've gnawed it off.
