Scared odd feelings in head and neck are neck tumor!

I have posted elsewhere on this board but I have such wierd pressure/pain/feelings in my head and neck and am now scared I have some sort of neck tumor or something.  I have had every test under the sun throughout this whole process of determine what the heck is wrong with me except an neck MRI which I am having Friday.  Doctor says she thinks its a cervical strain but I am thinking the worse.  HELP!

I had a CT scan of my brain and an MRI of my brain due to headaches and trying to find out if I had anxiety or something else.  This is the first of my neck.

This does sound like a very common symptom of anxiety. I've had similar symptoms and i guess that 90%+ people who have anxiety have also had this symptom. It's probably due to the muscels tensing up.

Did you have a CAT scan?  If that showed nothing, it is most likely just strain.  CAT scans show 95% and MRI's show 99% (this is what I was told once in my "freaking out" period.  I am sure something would have shown up by now in one of your tests...take deep breaths and tell yourself you are fine!
