numbness

has anyone ever experienced numbness in their head anlong with a dull pain just in a small area. its on the top of my head. ive had anxiety and panick attacks for about two yrs now and as soon as i seem to be getting better i end up with a new symptom and now all i can think is that i have a brain tummor or something really wrong with my head. so if anyone has had this happen to them id sure like to hear aout it!!

I used to get a numb feeling on the left side of my head when I first started having anxiety. It used to scare the **** out of me. I know now it is anxiety related.

I do get tingling in certain parts of my head at times.  But not actual numbness.
