i just started having full blown anxiety panic attacks i just started taking paxil i wonder how long will it take not have them anymore i am so scared to go out of house or drive because of it

If you just started the medication, say a week maybe 2 weeks ago? Then it may take a little while longer for the medication to start working. Can I ask if your in any kind of therapy also?

I think you should talk with your doc maybe Paxil isnt' the right med for you? YOu should feel better from medicine not worse. HOpe you feel better soon.
