Good Luck. I am sure things will be ok
Yeah i took it for about 2 days then stopped taking it , it made me really dizzy and did not help half as much as klonopin so right now im on lamictal and klonopin so far so good, but i'm a littlescared of the side effects i've heard about lamictal but i have read a lot about it and seems to do more good then bad which is a good thing.i'll see how it goes, i hope good .
I took it when I was about 17. I didnt have any side effects from it but it also did not help my anxiety at all. I cant remember how long I was on it likely 6 mnths or so but I had to switch to something else. Its not used that much around my area anymore, not really sure why but I think it is still prescribed quite often.
Buspar has been the choice of meds when doctor and patient don't want to start or continue with the strong benzo class (such as xanax, valium, klonopin, etc). Many patients report they don't feel any effects especially when they first start but thats because it doesn't have that benzo strength to depress the central nervous system. I have a feeling you were shaky because the drug didn't have the calming effect that you expected and so your symptoms just remained status quo.
