Ok that's good and yes I find that to happen to me to I think it might be the suger in it but keep your head up you will find that this is another symptom of anxiety
I only drink water and water only thats it. When i drink gatorade its worse i dont know why.
I felt the same way the first time it happens to me I thort I woes dyeing I rushed to the er just to be told all it woes a skiped heart beat and to go home
And if you have hade a full heart check up and you have a healthy heart then it is no prob try cutting out coffie if you drink it even tea and drink allot of water that helps me
It feels like itll kill me lol it almost floors me it takes my breath away. Thanks for the responses. So they wont hurt you at all then.
It's called a skiped heart beat I get them all the time thy will not hurt you even no thy feel like thy will I have them more then 10 times a day I told my heart dr and he said it is all ok everyone gets them at some point in life but the anxiety makes us feel them more then others
Pry three months. Theres this new thing i get were it feels like a heart jolt thats sent me back in my ways and now im back into a constant state of anxiety once i feel them even with meds.
That's good. I'm glad to hear you're in therapy and taking meds. No, you can not stop your heart by thinking about it. How long have you been in therapy and taking meds for your anxiety?
Yes and yes but im afraid of my heart stopping can i stop my own heart from beating thinking about it?
Are you in any kind of therapy and or taking meds for your anxiety? I would highly recommend therapy, and possibly meds while you're going through therapy in case of a panic attack.
I have never heard of anyone dying either from a panic attack. I've had hundreds if not thousands of them and I'm still here.
PVC are not much to worry about un less you are haveing a 100 at a time and a heart rate of 180 is normally called svt still not much to worry about if you have a healthy heart
Thanks for the responses. All this was cought on a holter the pvcs the t said one irregular rythum. Bradicardia in the 30s and a max of 180. I went to the heart doc and he said these were ok.
I can't help you with the panic attacks as I'm fighting my own fight with it at the moment
But as for your heart issues panic attacks will not cause you to have a heart attack an less like nurse girl said you have a serous underplaying heart problem all sinus arrythmia/sinus tachycardia is is a heart rate more then 100 but less then 160 beats pm witch is a normal heart rate to have when your haveing a panic attack so don't strees about that
Bradicardia is a heart rate less then 50 beats pm but when you are haveing a panic attack I don't think you will be haveing Bradicardia
Best thing to do is see a heart dr and have a talk to him address this head on you will find that you most prob have nothing to worry about
All the best and keep us posted
But have you been diagnosed as having having a heart arrythmia?
Bradicardia at night tach durying the day i also have premature beats hear and there. I also have these weird pauses with my heart like a hiccup feels really bad even with no anxiety. Then it sends a weird adrenaline rush threw my body.
No, a panic attack will not harm you. What have you been diagnosed with?
I seen that you can be scared to death couldnt a panic atrack do this? I have some wierd arrythmias?
Absolutely not.
No one on record has EVER died from a panic attack.
The only situation where it might be a little worrisome is if a person has a SERIOUS underlying medical condition, like a serious heart condition.
This is a common fear with panic attacks, I can reassure you that they will not harm you, as frightening as they may feel.
