I would go to your doctors asap.  Have them check your Thyroids, adrenal glands, hormone levels to see if this is what is causing it.

Have you always had them? Did something trigger it?

First off, Toots, we are not doctors on this side of the forum. We're just normal (LOL) people like you trying to help each other.
Sounds to me like you have pretty classic anxiety/panic disorder. Your symptoms all fit those nasty molds.
What I've given you is simply my opinion and what you really need to do is see your doctor for a difinitive diagnosis about what's going on. You need to have all physical issues ruled out before anxiety can be ruled in. Your doctor should run a complete blood panel, check your thyroid function, look into what may be causing your dizziness, etc. If he/she just listens to your symptoms and hands you a script for antianxiety meds, get a second opinion!
Once you know that what you're really dealing with IS anxiety, you can go from there. That would include seeing a therapist/psychologist or psychiatrist to figure out exactly what type of anxiety/panic you have and then formulating a plan to help you cope with it and get to the root cause of why you have it. Sometimes you may need a short course of a mild,  antianxiety med to help with the worst symptoms while you do the therapy work. Please remember that medication alone will not solve anything. Benzos will only mask your symptoms, they will not fix your problem.
I wish you the best and know that we are always here if you need to talk, OK?
You're not alone, you're not going crazy and there are hundereds of us here who know EXACTLY how you're feeling.
You'll be fine.
Peace
