please help is this anciety?

Hi. I am 16 years old and have already posted about my anxiety. Since my last post I started feeling better and my anxiety almost disappeared. I started to enjoy life again doing more and more stuff with my family again. But then today it struck me. As I was sitting in class feeling normal and doing my work. All of the sudden I started shaking and I had this very hungry feeling although I ate this morning. I became very anxious about shaking so much and from there everything just snowballed. I couldn't breath and my chest felt heavy. My vision became blurry and I got very dizzy. I got hot flashes. My friend told me that my eyes are red and that caused me to feel even more panicked. I am better now but have this huge tension headache (have a long history with headaches). I can't help but to ask if this was REALLY a panic/anxiety attack or maybe something serious. I am so extremely scared and to scared to tell my mom than my anxiety might have returned. Please any advise

It sounds like a panic attack or an anxiety attack, there the same thing.
When you have one you just need to remember that you aren't in any real danger. And if you destract your self it goes away.
If I was you I would do what ever you did last time to get better.
But there might be an underlying problem that you arnt getting to, you should consider talking to a therapist or a psychologist.
Good luck, I hope things get better for you.

I am sorry that you are dealing with this right now.  Panic and anxiety can definitely seem to 'strike out of the blue,' in my experience with it.  It is both initially very scary and confusing, but you can and will get through this.  First of all, why are you scared to tell your mother about this? Do you have a good relationship with her?  Many people in my opinion, also are at first very hesitent to talk about it with someone, but I believe that is one thing that is needed.  Have you had a history of anxiety?  First, remember you are not going crazy and what you are experiencing is what literally millions of people have experienced.
Obviously, I always suggest going to talk to your doctor first, so he/she can talk to you about it and rule out physical causes, but once they are getting help is extremely important in my experience wiith anxiety.  I believe, as humans, we tend to fear what we don't understand, but as we start to learn about something, it becomes less confusing and a path can be set up to confront it.  As with any challenge we face in life, at first it can seem daunting and insurmountable, however, as we learn to confront it, we see that the exact opposite is true.
You are young and I know it is confusing right now, but why seek help?  Counseling in my opinion is one of the most important steps you can take on this journey...please keep us posted and ask as many questions as you like!
