please help me im only 15 :(

i am 15 and have been so scared of life for a year now. when i make plans i litterally think "will i live till then". I need help. I have been to doctors and they have run tests, and nothing came up. doctor says she is 100 percent sure its anxiety, but this is too much. i have sharp head pains everyday that feel like a sore sharp pain that almost makes it so i cant move, i have heart pains and my heart gets very sore. and i always feel unreal, i am so scared of everything. If anyone can please help me. If you are worried, please tell me, but dont say anything that would scare me, i am already filled with fear :/ i also get a random ringing in my ear everyday.
PLEASE HELP ME

There is something else to consider. You are in the midst of puberty. Some children pass through this phase quite easily. For others, the bombardment of hormonal changes can cause a variety of unpleasant symptoms that make them miserable. The good thing is that it doesn't last.

Anxiety can have a physical cause. I would get myself checked for hypoglycemia, and for adrenal and thyroid function. This is what I did. Tests confirmed that my problem was physical. It got treated. No more anxiety. Fortunately I did not go the other route. Had I done so, than I would probably be on pills that just masked the real problem.

By the way, anxiety and panic are very, very scary. I sympathize with you.

ask your doctor for help like seeing a councilor, this will help, you really do need the help or you'll end up being stuck in the  house and scared of going out. i suffered anxiety so i know how you feel. Even though were told its anxiety we still think its more than that.
Don't read up on the internet about any health issues
Your anxiety is causing you to think you have heart problems, you can have heart tests and they'll find nothing
The feeling of feeling unreal is derealisation, its like your in a dream world
Ringing in the ear is another anxiety symptom

I got rid of my anxiety by ignoring the symptoms and letting them happen, if you do this too they anxiety will slowly go away, it will work it worked for me.
keep in touch if u want

http://alcoman.railfan.net/fear.html

a fancy version of the Litany

there's also the short form:

"I have no fear, for fear is the little death that kills me over and over. Without fear, I die but once."
And live a happy life.

Your buddy,
Ike

Brady:
You're a brave young man, asking for help even though you are POSITIVE we are going to tell you you are going to die,  Bad news - you're going to live (g)
Believe it or not - everything you listed are syptoms of... take a wild guess...

Come on, Brady! You've got an Anxiety tracker on your profile (so do I) - and those are all syptoms that are listed, right? I saw it on your page! why do you think those things are all pre-listed? (smart dude!)

When I was 15 (man, that was a LONG time ago!) A book came out that was like a BIBLE to me called DUNE. (I was a BIG science fiction fan back then - read every single science fiction book in my high school Library!)

In Dunne, there was this religion called the Bene Gesserit, and the author, Frank Herbert, created something which I had written in the back of everyone of my notebooks through high school and most of college: (Yes, I had Anxiety back then - but no one talked about it - and believe it or not - no computers so no Internet! )

This thing that I loved and helped me so much was called:

"The Litany Against Fear"
and it goes like this: (I Googled it - (G) JUST FOR YOU,  BRADY)

"I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing......Only I will remain."

I don't know if that helps, dude. But in 1965, they didn't have the medications they have today, either.

has your doctor suggested medication, or seeing a psychiatrist? Do it, man. You have noting to lose but your pain and FEAR. Be aware that A: the meds take awhile to take affect and B: the first one or three might note work for you.

I hope it helps that an old dude in Brooklyn cares about you - because he suffered like you are suffering - and had no pone who cared, and no one to turn to.

Except for that Litany, And a book of BAD poems which I wrote which I kept hidden, and called "The Devil's Book" I started a new one each year for 6 years. THEN I finally got up the balls to see a therapist.

Good lucky, buddy, and write me whenever you want.

Ike, the old dude who cares.
