I'm sad to announce my anxiety is back in full force since early Jan. About a week prior to it starting I started feeling bloated all the time like I had eaten a huge meal. I'd get hungry and was full after a few bites but pushed myself to get a decent size meal in. Since then, I have this feeling on and off and get indigestion easily (had a strong one last night after a glass of red wine) and also have uncomfortable feeling in the pit of my stomach.
I've never had a stomach symptom with my anxiety before but could it stem from it?
