i have noticed when i have less stressors i am content and my anxiety is low, that is why i avoid everything, its like my body cant handle everyday stress. i get agitated and irritable very easily. i tried eating better and exercising, i take a antidepressant and kratom at night to sleep. whenever i have to take a trip or something i constantly worry about not sleeping well and have a fear of being depressed. i start worrying about the event a week in advance. its like a cycle that wont stop.
