Since everything checked out okay, is your anxiety being addressed? Your symptoms are real, but brought on by anxiety. Some live with anxiety 24/7 but with therapy and/or medication you can get better. Trying to beat it on your own is very difficult to do, but with all the help available, why not take advantage of it? Anxiety is a real illness which like many other medical conditions requires medication to relieve the symptoms. Therapy is helpful, but rarely enough. Make an appt. to see a psychiatrist so the two of you can discuss the best course of treatment for you, and he can also refer you to a therapist. Stress has a way of initially motivating and encouraging anxiety and depression. More stress makes it worse and eventually it will cause physical problems.

I suggest you see your doctor for a complete physical and discuss therapy to help you learn to deal with stress............in this world of ours, most of us are feeling added stress in our lives and it's very unhealthy...........we ALL need to learn better how to deal with it!
