My anxiety when through the roof the last few days,I haven't been myself.Is there an anxiety medication that works well to bring anxiety right down besides benzos?

Try some relaxing smells. Sounds a bit weird but when I smell vanilla it calms me down a little. try to workout as well. May be hard the first few minutes but once the endorphins are released it's worth it.
