Grand Jury Duty Anxiety

Has anyone served on a Grand Jury.  I know I will in the near future.

I consider myself very distrusting of government and I was reading Grand Juries generally are a rubber stamp for government.  Though I expect most of the cases will probably be cut and dry, I expect there will be either some kind of grand jury intimidation or manipulation of some kind in cases that aren't,

How can I reduce my anxiety about this?  This is typical of me where I keep obsessing or exaggerating about something I really have no idea what will happen?

Im really very jealous! I always wanted a chance to serve a jury! I know it isnt all that fun and all... but hopefully you can bring justice to people who need it! (I know that our government isnt quite what it was supposed to be... but know that you are still representing something GOOD (which is peoples right to have a trail) and every person DOES count. Dont get discouraged about what might happen. 80% of the time those called into service never get through the cuts anyways. And if you do get chosen try beating panic by truly being absorbed in the case. A lot of anxiety comes from us making it, but if you truly let yourself get caught up in whats going on around you I've noticed that anxiety goes to the back burner. Stand firm in what you believe!) I have known people that went to jury and they said it wasn't too bad.Try not to think about it to much.......I know that is easy said than done.......Just think if you do ge3t called going you will get it over with and you will have no worries.....
