wat is wrong with me
I have chest spasm no pain just uncomfortable feeling daily different times and hours some longer than others also wen this is occuring feels like could sufforcate had fore more than 5 years

Have you been to a doctor to do a complete fisical exam and a blood work?
If you have and all the tests came back to be in normal limits it sounds to me like a high level of anxiety but not panick attacs. Are you experiecing these symptoms after a stresful period?

Five years and you haven't had it checked by a physician yet? That would be the first thing I would recommend: an appointment with a doctor. Tell him what you wrote in your post and any other symptoms. Good luck and God bless.
