when a drug is out of system are you done with withdrawl

thank you.  wasn't sure i wanted to take this clonazepam - maybe you would know - if the clonazapam is out of your system the half life it talks about etc. like 3 days does that mean you should not have any more withdrawals.  do most withdrawals happen because some part of the drug is still in your system.  Or can they continue beyond that
as stated took for only 2 weeks and did one week weening .25 to start 3 days, .12 3 days and .06 2 days then done

I thought that benzodiazepines were pretty consistent in their effects in most people? I was always under the impression that they're a lot more predictable than any other class of psych meds. Is that an incorrect assumption? I could have sworn they have an 80-85% effectiveness for anxiety and panic disorder with minimal side effects other than the fact they are habit forming.

If it takes two weeks to hit a therapeutic level, I'm curious how I've seen people take Klonopin the first time and have it completely relieve a panic attack in minutes (they did dissolve it under their tongues just to add) much like Xanax does if administered in the same way.

As I think I said, since you had been on this med such a short time and at such a low dose, and had weaned yourself off, hopefully under the supervision of our doctor, then you should not be feeling any more effects. I think I also said that we are all very different in our reactions to meds, and you could possibly still have a very small amount left in your system, but I think that is higly unlikely. I am not a doctor, but perhaps what you are feeling is the anxiety for which you had been prescribed this medication in the first place. You did not say why you stopped after such a short period of time. It normally takes clonazepam about two weeks to reach a therapeutic level in your system, which means you quit just about the time it would have begun to help you.
I believe I also advised you to speak with your doctor about these feelings if they didn't ease up shortly. I've changed my thinking since you've written about this again and think you should speak with your doctor now. You're seeking peace of mind and apparently I wasn't able to give you that. Please talk to the one person who can.....your doc.
I wish you the best.
Peace
