BONES HURT?

My bones in both forearms hurt, it has been on and off for a few weeks, my ankles also hurt when i get up in the morning and if i sit down during the day. i am 37 years old and feel sleepy most of the day.
Any ideas what is causing this?

There are a number of different arthritis or autoimmune conditions that could cause this. I had similar issues when I was first feeling my Lupus. See your doctor and arrange for a referral to a rheumatologist. Good luck.
