low bone density

ktf
Hi yesterday i got my bone density test results back from a scan i had and although the nurse was unable to tell me much she said i have low bone density showing in hips and spine...
I actually do not have pain in those areas but do have pain in my forearms, wrists, lower legs and ankles so would this all be related?
In the morning i wake feeling extremely hung over, unrefreshed and my body feels stiff and on negotiating the stairs my ankles feel like they will snap!
As the day progresses i feel slightly better just a little stiff but by 3pm i need to lie down as the pain seems to get worse in my legs and arms and i feel lethargic, i have always been physically strong but now i feel weak and everything, even having a shower feels like so much effort, i am 37 years old and am finding trying to work then pick up my son and do anything of use impossible as i feel so worn out and life really is passing me by, i can cope with the pain but not weakness and tiredness, can you suggest anything i can try to give me energy please, my son is going to remember me as a lazy parent who did not want to do anything and this makes me feel very sad?
Thanks Kerri

You need to be seen by a rheumatologist and determine if you might have something auto-immune or fibromyalgia going on.  They are the best to diagnose and treat you.
