I happen to see your post. How are you coping with your problem? I 64 yo man and I used to have similar problem 8 or 9 years ago and have tried many types of medication then. It seems that my problem just gone away after I sleep with an old ancient type design pillow. This ancient type of pillow is about 6cm high x 5 cm wide and approximaly20 cm long. I sleep with this pillow in the "resuscitation" position, whereby the pillow is actually stretching my neck so that I could breathe normally. Since then my arm does not have the problem again.
If your problem still precedes, you can try my experience.
Good luck
Thank you very much gor your response.
Hi there!
Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include neuro-muscular issues such as nerve impingement, muscle injuries, inflammation, joint causes such as degeneration, vascular causes, micronutrient deficiencies etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care!
