Can I still have graves disease if labs are normal?

Hello all. I am a 24 year old female who was told a year ago that I had post partum hyperthyroidism. My dr said she was concerned that i have graves. I was given no meds, told to keel an eye on it. After a few months my labs went back to normal. But I have been suffering for a year with so many symptoms. One of the most severe being palpitations. I've had the full cardiac work up, stress tests, echocardiogram, etc. Never had a palpitation in my life until my thyroid issue was detected.  My question is, is it possible that I'm still suffering from hyperthyroidism if my labs have been normal again for months?
