Thank yo so much for all this valuable information!!!!! You seem to know a lot about health issues. Thanks Again!
HI impulsive57 and welcome to the forum.
I will give you some information which may surprise you.
Cut out carbs as much as possible!
Grains, sugars, wheat, white flour, cookies,, sweets etc. and eliminate
gluten 100%.!
Carbs are the just recently acknowledged (but not accepted in the conventional circles yet) threat, in regards to A/I conditions, brain health,
cardiovascular disease ( the damaging type of cholesterol comes from carbs -not fats!) and other conditions.
Which means you must also know about gluten content in your shampoo, cosmetics, canned soups, prepared sauces, commercial fries and a zillion other products. Look it online for a complete list.
After this, you may want to do an elimination diet, starting perhaps with dairy, as dairy is the most cross-reactive food group with gluten , at about 50% (of all those who have gluten/wheat sensitivity).
Consider the top quality coconut oil for cooking (instead of proinflammatory
cooking oils), for topical applcation, and "Oil Pulling".
Supplement with highest quality omega-3s (we have far too many omega-6s
from our diets).
Also have your mineral levels tested, but you need a tissue analysis, not a serum test.
Essentail oils, such as lavender (a few drops), mixed in coconut oil and aloe vera leaf gel, as a topical home made cream, may help.
If you have an digestive or G/I issues let me know. These could be root causes in many conditions, including eczema.
Finally, any type of stress, outer, inner or hidden, is usually a big contributing factor.
Meditation, hypnosis, avoiding triggers, EFT, conscious breathing exercises
(pranayama yoga breathing) are various way to reduce stress.
Let me know if you need any further details, however, my comments are not intended to replace medical advice.
Best wishes.
Niko
