Can anyone connect these dots?

Not sure what my doctor is onto but was wondering if anyone else could maybe see the big picture

I have had high IgE for three years now  -  478 was the last reading in March.
He recently tested for a bunch of other stuff and this is what came back abnormal

IgG subclass 4 high
C3C low (78 on 90-180 scale)
C4C just outside of low (17 on 16-86)
ALT - 44

aside from that normal including C reactive protein and total Complement levels. I've had breathing issues and eosinophilic esophagitis show up since all of this started 3 years ago. Just curious
