I have many symptoms, like, fatigue, sleepy, joint pain, etc but everything comes ok

I am a 39 year old female. Always being healthy!! In the last 5 years, I have been feeling some symtoms, but  they are not frequentely (in a month 3, 4..times or it may not happen in months), it can be any day any time. The symptoms are: Fatigue (most important one), I feel like I can't move at all, I feel sleepy, my joints bother me, is not pain is like I need to strech, like when you are in the same position for a long time, some times I feel upset stomach and headakes, also I can feel very, very cold. Well, now the good part, so far every thing is okay, with everything I mean, no depression, thanks God I am happy with my life and my family, work for my self, so not pressure on that part, I have taken my blood pressure everytime I feel like that and is normal, sugar labels ok, had a heart check with 3 different tests all ok, had a colonoscopy, because I always suffer from constipation, came in ok, thyroids, etc ok, ovaries are ok, I have glasses, but had my vision check and other than the glasses all is ok. The only family history is high blood pressure and thyroids. Even though is not that frequent, I am really concern for not knowing what it can be. Sometimes I think is nothing, but when I have it, I feel something can be wrong and I do not know what. Ohhh, I forgot excersice, that is the only thing I havent done constantly, but done it sometimes. I worked on the computer all day!  Sorry for all the writing, but I do not want to leave out anything that can get to an answer. Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Thanks all for your answers, I really appreciate the comments.

TrudieC, I never thought about fibromyalgia or rheuma. I will have my doctor check on that! Thanks!!

Kjelltp, you are right about, the healty part = /....What do you mean by holistic care?? and what diet worked for you? That may work for me too!

Cakeisgoodfrostingisbetter, on my blood test I had those tests and they all come ok. But, what I am planning to do is have them do the tests on the day I feel bad.

Once again, thanks for the input!

Maybe your Iron is low which is causing anemia.   Have your Ferratin checked and your hemoglobin & HCT levels when your blood is drawn next time.

Obviously not as healthy as you think :=)
All classic symptoms of some immune related thing going on, and nothing can be detected via classic tests.   I had similar issues, and have cleared most of it via cleaning up my life, and my diet and seeking holistic care (naturopathic).   Often these things are due to either viral, bacterial or other inflammatory conditions, or toxins, causing your immune system to get out of whack.

You need to see a rheumatologist to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.  Have you had your ANA tested?  It could be something auto-immune or fibromyalgia.  Hope you can get some answers soon.
