Im dying

I had unprotected sex with a girl on Jan 10th 2008 I have been tested at (4) months for all std's everything negative but I feel like im dying. I have spent money with a Neurologist who didnt see anything in a brain mri and neck mri. I have the worst pains in my hands, fingers, sometimes my hands hurt so bad then my stomach burns, penis burns, testicles burn the doctors dont know what I have. But I feel I am dying I dont know what I have. I have night sweats all the time, feel nasua, I feel if I have some type of virus that the doctors havent tested for. I have an infectious disease doctor who is puzzled but believes I am not making this up. I have lost my job the thing is i only got sick (5) weeks after having sex with this girl I had pneumonia for (2) months then I had pink eye for a month, then the worst burning pain ever, aches and pains through out my body I feel I am dying and its sad that it's 2008 and doctors cant figure out the puzzle. What is it that I have I know that stress can cause some of these symptons but not all I have also started to see a clinical social worker and a phychatrist who honestly believe something is going on and its not in my head. I have made an appointment with a rheumatoid arthritis doctor for this week. I have never had "extreme pain" even when I take the strongest pain medicines it helps minimal. I even went to a pain specialist who did steriod blocks in my neck to help with the burning which did nothing for me. Any Help you can give me is greatful thank you,

I agree she should not have reacted the way she did.  It is a very sensitive subject I guess but everyone should be watching out for themselves and others.  Well, one thing you found out is she was not worth your time, dating her that is.  Now you have to concentrate on finding out what's wrong with you.  I think going to a Rheumatologist and having blood work done and an exam is a very good idea.  Ask the doctor to test your ANA, DSDNA and Anti-SM.  That will cover any kind of lupus.  He will also probably do an R.A. test on your blood to check for Rheumatoid Arthritis.  Let me know how the doctors appt. goes.  You can message me if you'd like.  Good Luck.

I believe its related to this women because before having sex with her I was perfectly healthy I use to go the gym work out run I was in great shape. Then 5 weeks after having sex with her I get sick and according to the CDC 75% of people who get sick get sick 4-6 weeks after having unprotected sex. The girl still wanted to have a sexual relationship with me but after I got sick and asked her to get an std panal she then she wanted to end the relationship. She said I am rude for asking her to get an STD panal. She said that she was a virgin when she had sex with me so therefore it was impossible to have STD's. So then I had a very good female friend who is very pretty girl contact the ex boyfriend of this girl the guy said that they had sex so therefore she lied. Look I just asked her to get std tested before having sex with her I was std testing and everything was negative. I have never been sick, and I think its unfair for this girl to refuse to get STD tested it shows she is selfish not caring about the welfare of others.

Sometimes we have to go through many doctors to get an answer.  Go to the Rheumy and maybe he/she can help.  Maybe try a different Neurologist to since you are complaining of numbness.  May I ask what makes you think it is connected to this woman?
