Bell's Palsy healed then Post Viral body Twitching??

I'm 36 yo female. In feb I got Bell's Palsy (entire left side of face went south). I healed in 30 days to 90% recovery. after this, I started getting all over body twitching (started in leg, calves, arms, abdomen, back). I do not recall a tick bite or any of the symptoms associated with Lyme, but I am waiting for my blood tests. This is all very distressing as I cannot sleep due to twitching and I am VERY anxiety ridden. Do you think this is some post viral thing? Is the Herpes virus (likely chicken pox since I had it as a kid) still in my body attacking my CNS?  My brain MRI and EMG are clean. We are waiting for more tests and blood work. Any help/advice is appreciated! Thank you. :)

I am getting better after being told here by "experts" that there was nothing wrong.

Thank you ewford, I will DEF. check to make sure they use the IGENEX lab for testing.

  You need to have a blood test done through IGENEX labs to check for Lyme.  The Labcorp tests are extremely innacurate.  REPEAT. extremely innacurate.  Do this ASAP!  Or you might spend the next year  getting worse and the doctors saying it's all in your head.  Like what happened to me.
