Negative ANA and RA factor , but high Vectra D3 score?

Is it possible to have negative ANA test results, elevated SED Rate, and a HIGH Vectra count? My Vectra count was 88 out of 100

I believe your Rheumatologist could explain it to you.
My answer as a layperson, would be yes.

See a health specialist.
