Positive ANA, RO-SSA and RO-SSB

Hello!

I am seeking some answers about my recent blood results reflecting a 1:640 ANA titer and a positive SSA at 131 U/mL and positive 20 SSB U/mL. I have symptoms such as extreme fatigue, worn out feeling even when I sleep 10 hours a night. I'm a 28 year old female waiting to go to a rhematologist in a month. I have always had an ANA titer between 1:320 - 1:640 since I was first tested at age 15. I've dealt with autoimmune symptoms such as the butterfly rash, eczema, raynauds, severe acid reflux, swollen glands, and overall malaise that seems to be often misdiagnosed. My symptoms don't seem to line up with Sjorgens, nothing is wrong with my salvitory glands or tear ducts that I've noticed. Just seeking information from others if possible. Thank you!!!
