Hi again.
PART 2
So, one more possibility that needs to be ruled out is Pathogenic Mycoplasma and its Co-infections Babesia, Ehrlichia, Bartonella, which I'm afraid are extremely difficult to detect through standard blood testing or other tests.
My advice would be to do a search here under: "Dr Garth Nicolson"
part time Expert on MedHelp , founder of the Institute of Molecular Medicine and the world's top expert in this field-research and treatment!
Best Wishes.

Hi CAFERDIG and welcome to the forum.
You posted in a different part of the forum, not in this community.
And sometimes when the questions are difficult to answer, it is possible
that one may not get a response.
Part1
Remicade is a drug that belongs to the class of drugs called biologics.
Its main action is as a TNF-a inhibitor (Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha is involved in inflammatory processes) ,
with potentially serious adverse effects as an immunosuppressive drug.
Having said this, there's a likelihood of an underlying pathogenic infectious condition, a component of your arthritis, normally kept under control by your immune system, at least partially, but presently due to the immune suppression because of the Remicade infusions, the infection has been allowed to spread freely.
I will continue later in part 2 of my reply.
Best wishes.
Niko
