crohn's and arthritis

I asked a question previously and still waiting for a response.  Probably wasn't too clear on my question.  I need to know what medicines or what I can take to get this arthritis under control.  I am currently going to college for Radiology and should graduate this coming summer.  My arthritis has gotten so bad I seriously think I won't make it till graduation.  My left fingers are now all tingly and my right 3rd and 4th digits cannot straighten or have weight on them because of nerves pinching.  Wrists and hands take turns swelling, also elbows, shoulders, etc.  I currently am having Remicaid infusions for fistulas.  Sure doesn't seem to be helping arthritis.  Actually has gotten worse.  Any advice Drs?

Hi again.

PART 2
So, one more possibility that needs to be ruled out is Pathogenic Mycoplasma and its Co-infections Babesia, Ehrlichia, Bartonella, which I'm afraid are extremely difficult to detect through standard blood testing or other tests.
My advice would be to do a search here under: "Dr Garth Nicolson"
part time Expert on MedHelp , founder of the Institute of  Molecular Medicine and the world's top expert in this field-research and treatment!

Best Wishes.

Hi  CAFERDIG and welcome to the forum.

You posted in a different part of the forum, not in this community.
And sometimes when the questions are difficult to answer, it is possible
that one may not get a response.

Part1
Remicade is a drug that belongs to the class of drugs called biologics.
Its main action is as a TNF-a inhibitor (Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha is involved in inflammatory processes) ,
with potentially serious adverse effects as an immunosuppressive drug.

Having said this, there's a likelihood of an underlying pathogenic infectious condition, a component of your arthritis, normally kept under control by your immune system, at least partially, but presently due to the immune  suppression because of the Remicade infusions, the infection has been allowed to spread freely.

I will continue later in part 2 of my reply.

Best wishes.
