Western medicine does not deal with many infections for one reason or another yet some find relief with cloves, black wallnut husk or diatameasious earth.

Ewford is quite right, an overlooked infection, one that mainstream medicine doesn't as of yet acknowledge, might be the problem.  Arthritis is the young is so unusual.  I acquired a mycoplasma infection at the age of 11.  Since I was mostly around older people and often heard their complaints of painful joints, I thought what I was experiencing was normal.  By the time I was 15 my shoulders would fall out of joint.  When I was in my 30s a chiropractor told me my lower disc looked like someone that was in their 80s!  Were I you, I would seek out a doctor that has experience with Lyme Disease and/or mycoplasma infections, perhaps there's a LLMD in your area.

did one of your parents have RA or Fibro like illness?  If you have had this since a baby it could have been transfered from the placental blood from mother to child through cord blood.  Lymes and coinfections COULD be a possibility.  All your symptoms match.
