high BP with other issues

All,

Feeling ashamed to put forward these problems. But none of my docs are able to identify the exact issue. Any suggestions and guidance will be appreciated.

1. Having severe headache for the past 14 yrs (24*7). No classic migraine symptoms like light sensitivity, nausea, food allergy etc.,
2.Having severe muscular pains since 16 years
3.For the past 2 yrs, diagonised with high BP and even after taking prescribed medication, it is around 140/100 all the time.
4.Palpitation around 110 most of the time
5.For last one year having neck, back and lower back pain. So much pain in legs right from thighs to cough muscles. Cannot walk even for 100 mts at a stretch.
6.Heavy breathing
7.Atleast 4 days a week, very mild fever between 99.0 -99.5
8. Fatigue
9. No Thyroid, ANA, RA Factor came out negative
10.ESR is 110 and Serum reactive Protein is 45
11.Icing thing is that my X-Rays showed degenerative Spinal cord and severe arthritis with legs. But Orthopedician said it is some problem with blood and referred to rheumatologist. Yet to meet him.

I am dragging my professional and personal life with all these issues. Unfortunate thing is that none of these issues can be shown out, only sufferer is me. I don't have any clue on what is happening inside me.

I understand the ashamed feeling all to well to, the look from Doctors even family and friend's, you start and endless roller coaster of trying to find an answer, and sometimes the Doctors are quick to throw something out there because they think inside a box, My X husband had extremely similar symptoms and the orthopedic just didn't seem to really engage everything, we sent him to a spinal specialist/ neurosurgeon and he got to the bottom of everything but unfortunately he did not receive proper treatments before seeing the Spine Specialist and he ended having to have multiple surgeries over the years because his back was deteriorating causing extreme pain, my advice to you is find other  doctor's ask their opinions, Never settle for just ones opinion because each doctor is different and may realize something another May have overlooked

Seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis, Infectious Arthritis & Vertebral Osteophytosis are the most likely based on what you posted.
Mild fever is due to underlying infection(s).
Headaches caused by the cervical involvement in your Arthritis are called Cervical headaches.
The high ESR is indicative of  inflammation, the muscular pains are possibly caused by one or more of your various suspected types of Arthritis.
The skull has no joints and any bumps related to Arthritis directly would have to be around the base of the skull. It could be also swollen lymph nodes.
Where exactly are you feeling these?

The Rheumatologist declared it as Arthritis, because of the overlapping
symptoms from one kind to another, without a clearly defined separation
between them. It can be very confusing, however, what is of the upmost importance, is how do you deal with it all, so you can find some relief and improvement and get on with your life.
You know, that there no silver bullets, no magic pills.

Please consider some of the suggestions mentioned in this thread.
There's possibly some very valuable information in some replies, that your doctor will not explore. It's up to you to look into them carefully and if they
make any sense, then you may actively pursue them.
Which means that you have some options to explore, besides what the
doctors suggest.

Wishing you well.

Finally visited rheumatologist and he declared it as 'Arthritis' and mentioned that all my mild fever, high ESR levels, muscular pains , headaches, bumps in skull are all due to Arthritis. I did not get satisfactory response from him. Heard that there are over 100 kinds of arthritis..which one is I am suffering with is not clear.

Ahhh. I had bone spurs (osteophytes) show up on my back x-ray actually. I'm going to put that down to magnesium deficiency.  I had a lot of symptoms from magnesium deficiency from fatigue to pain to high blood pressure to heart rhythm problems. I could not raise my calcium or vitamin D levels until I corrected my magnesium deficiency.

Excerpt from Livestrong - Magnesium & Bone Spurs...

"Magnesium helps your bones to properly use and absorb calcium and vitamin D. Calcium -- the most abundant mineral in the body -- is essential for the development, growth and maintenance of strong, healthy bones. A lack of calcium has been known to cause bone spurs. Vitamin D -- or the sunshine vitamin -- is also important in the prevention of bone spurs. Vitamin D is essential in helping your body to properly use and absorb calcium."

Did they say what type of spinal degeneration it is?  Subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord is due to vitamin B12 deficiency.

Don't feel bad at all. All of us here are or have been in similar situations.
You have enough going on in your life right now, that need your undivided attention.

I suspect you have:
A. Seronegative arthritis with low grade underlying infectious condition. possibly pathogenic mycoplasma and/or one of its coinfections
(borrelia, bartonella, ehrlichia, babesia...) Very challenging to detect and to treat.
For more details search here under Dr. Garth Nicolson, a part-time expert contributor at Medhelp and the world's leading medical scientist in this field.
B. Magnesium deficiency. I highly recommend for best delivery and absorption transdermal magnesium oil. Just look it up.
C. High Tartaric acid levels. A simple urine test will verify this.
It's a malic acid antagonist, so to correct this raw organic apple cider vinegar (which is the best food source of malic acid) 1T before meals
is recommended. Tartaric acid is a tissue toxin.
Also a low carb diet will help as tartaric acid feeds of yeast metabolites which in turn need carbs (sugars to grow).
4. Low nitric oxide (NO) levels. NO has vasodilating properties and helps
control HBP
Mouth breathing is one of the causes for low NO levels..
To verify just do the watermelon challenge. Blend a piece of watermelon
including the white and green rind and either use it in your smoothie or just take it straight. Try this for a week and monitor your BP, specially shortly after taking the watermelon as it works rather fast.

Also:
Your thyroid function should be properly checked.
To completely rule out low thyroid function including type 2 (thyroid resistance) you need Free T3, Free T4 AND Reverse T3.
Low thyroid function does not let your body heal at the cellular level.
Healing has do with specific electrical voltage for each condition/imbalance
within the cells, so when thyroid function is low or sub-optimal the process  of healing and repair is greatly compromized.

I hope this helps, however, please note that my comments and suggestions are not intended as a replacement for medical advice.

Best wishes.
