Not so simple.
No single test is definitive for a lupus anticoagulant.
LA is associated with thrombosis, thrombocytopenia or
pregnancy complications and recurring miscarriages.
Also about 50% of people with SLE have these antibodies, however, they are also found in healthy people.
It's great that your test was negative. False positives are more common than false negatives, I would think.
